Meet Katherin

Owner & Clinical Director
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the life you once enjoyed? Maybe you’re dealing with intrusive thoughts, nightmares, poor sleep, low motivation, or avoiding people and places that remind you of painful experiences. Maybe you’ve been through something traumatic and feel like you should be able to move past it, but can’t. Or perhaps you’re thinking about making a change in your relationship with alcohol or other substances.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
My practice specializes in working with Active-duty Service Members, Veterans, and First Responders. I understand that service comes with its own culture and its own challenges, from the weight of responsibility and chronic stress of the job to trauma, substance use, and the difficulty of adjusting to civilian life.
Here, you don’t have to spend half the session explaining the culture you come from before we can talk about what’s actually going on. I’ve created a space that honors your experiences, respects your resilience, and gives you room to be honest without judgment.
Whether you’re navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, we can work together to process what you’ve been through, build practical tools for what you’re facing now, and help you move toward the life you want.
You’ve spent a lot of time doing what needed to be done. Therapy can be a place to figure out what you need now.
